PERNICIOUS DOUBLE IPA ABV: 8.6% IBU: 80 For those of us who didn't major in English, "pernicious" is a fancy word for "evil." It's an apt description of this double IPA and the subversive aroma created by an extra dose of hops - famously declared a "wicked and pernicious weed" by King Henry VIII in 1519. Raise a glass of Pernicious and toast the spirit of defiance.
